She would send me a list of properties to review and then we would schedule a time to visit. She always met with me at the convenience of my schedule, whether it was Saturday afternoon or Wednesday after my work schedule. She was quick to respond to all of my texts and phone calls related to any questions I had. Once I opened escrow, Amberleigh was continuously giving me updates on the process and what was needed. She provided information to a great mortgage broker and handled a lot of the details that I would have missed. Even on move-in day, Amberleigh was there to make sure I had everything that I needed. This housing market is crazy!

There are no homes on the market. Banks are still not lending as they should. Sellers are getting multiple offers within hours of the house being listed. Come to think of it, “crazy” is not a strong enough word to use to describe what this housing market is like. It definitely takes a skilled professional to help home buyers and sellers navigate it! I needed to find a home for my son and I fast! So, we needed to make sure escrow closed on time and since we started looking during the week between Christmas and New Years, there was not much on the market. All we knew for sure is that we needed to find a great home fast. With Amberleigh's help and guidance, she put me in contact with a great bank, got us pre-approved in what felt like a matter of hours at a great rate, and went right to work helping us. In a very short period of time we found a house! The whole process could not have happened any faster or better and what bumps we had with the sellers she handled beautifully! I still cannot believe we closed on time! It is not often that any person or service surpasses my expectation, but she did! Amberleigh's professionalism, knowledge, and caring for clients is beyond anything that I could have hoped for.
